Registration is Open Now!
We are happy to announce that registration for the ESEB 2025 Congress is now open! We encourage you to register as soon as possible to take advantage of reduced fees and to plan your trip and accommodation in advance, as Barcelona tends to be very busy in August.
We will be delighted to welcome you all. Please read the information carefully and proceed with your registration promptly.

- Invited speakers must complete their registration by 20 April 2025 to facilitate the preparation of the initial program layout. They will receive a specific registration link. Please do not use the generic link!
- All pre-registered participants who gained a 5% additional discount on Early Bird Fees will receive a special link with a unique discount code. Please, do not register through the general link!
- Exhibitors must have finalized their registrations by 3 August 2025.
- Payments must be made before each deadline to avoid rate changes.
- The ESEB Member Fee will be applied upon providing a valid ESEB membership number in the designated field during registration. Please ensure you have it ready.
- The Student Fee applies to undergraduate and PhD students with valid accreditation. Proof of status must be uploaded during registration. Please ensure you have it ready.
What Does the Registration Fee Include?
ESEB Member / Non-Member / Student:

- Welcome Cocktail
- Daily coffee breaks and lunches (18–22 August 2025)
- Free access to the Planet Life Exhibition at the Museu de Ciències Naturals de Barcelona
- A 10-trip public transport card (T-Casual) for metro, tram, suburban train, and buses (excludes airport transfers, non-transferable)
Exhibitor:
- Entry to the exhibition and poster areas
- Welcome Cocktail (17 August 2025)
- Daily coffee breaks and lunches (18–22 August 2025)

Optional Services/Items
- Closure Dinner (22 August 2025): €100 per delegate | €80 per student
- Professional Childcare Services during the Congress Sessions: €300 per child (ages 3 to 12). Parents may choose to personally supervise their children instead. Please note that professional childcare services are not available for children under 3 years old. However, if selected in the Registration Form, a quiet space for nursing and changing will be provided for parental care.
- Congress T-Shirt: If you wish, you may book your Official ESEB 2025 T-shirt (€15 per item). You will receive it onsite.
Mentorship
If you wish to support underrepresented students and researchers, you may contribute with €5, €10, €20, €50, or €100.
Payment Method
You may pay by Credit/Debit Card: MasterCard, Visa, and Amex. An automatic invoice will be sent by the system after completing the payment.
